All prices are per night for the entire apartment with an occupancy of 1 or 2 people. For a third person (separate bed in the living room) a surcharge of 15, – € per night will be charged. The final cleaning will be charged with 40,00 €. Please note our house rules especially the cancellation conditions. According to § 19 (1) UStG, the amount shown does not include VAT.
Families welcome – Children stay for free!
We are happy to provide accommodation for young families. Therefore, all children up to and including 12 years old are not counted as additional persons. On request, a child cot can be provided next to the bed for a third person. Highchairs are also available and the children can play in the garden, in the sandpit or on the swing.

Check-In and payment
Please let us know at what time you will arrive on the day of arrival so that you do not stand in front of closed doors. The rental price is to be paid upon arrival.
