As a long-term tenant, you have the option to attach your name to a separate mailbox.

On request, you can park your car in a parking lot on the grounds.

Children under 12 pay no extra charge here. On request, in addition to the 3rd bed a cot can be provided.

If available, you can easily extend and shorten your stay (with a minimum occupancy time of 21 days)
